Good product
This serum smells STRONG, good smell, just a very perfumey clean scent, the smell may be overwhelming to individuals who don’t like strong scented products. The smell doesn’t linger so once it’s absorbed I’m not constantly smelling it from my face. Strong scents can often bother me and cause headaches, this one doesn’t at all. This serum absorbs incredibly fast and leaves the skin with an ever so slight menthol like tingle, the skin feels awaken and clean. I didn’t have any breakouts from using this, a rarity when adding a new skincare product to my face. My skin is visibly more hydrated, glowy (not greasy) and plump. Highly recommend!

This Youth Code Serum is watery and has a sweet floral scent. The serum instantly absorbs into my skin and left it feeling hydrated and smooth while also leaving a glow, all while being a lightweight finish.

Does what it claims!
First impressions is I love how its lightweight and fast absorbing. It also made my skin soft and silky-smooth. I am pretty sensitive to perfumery scent and unfortunately I found the flora scent to be too overwhelming for me to use on my face.  I prefer unscented or naturally scented products. I ended up using this serum on my hands instead. I have what I like to call grandy hands, as in very dry and wrinkly hands...lol And its even worst now since I been washing and sanitizing hands more often since the pandemic. Constantly using hand sanitizer has made my hands extremely dry/irritated. I have been using the serum on my hands for two week straight. Always right after washed hands and right before my usual hand cream. I can say that I am enjoying it! I think the probiotic ferments have been working to help strengthen my moisture barrier. As my skin has felt less irritated and more hydrated ever since using it. It has also help smooth out the look of my wrinkly looking looking hands.

Very nice serum.
This L'Oreal serum is a great addition to any skincare routine. It absorbs upon contact, doesn't leave a sticky/greasy residue, and it smells great. After several weeks of using this product, I didn't notice significant change but loved that it hydrated my skin and didn't cause irritation. For the price point though, I believe there's a better one out there. Thanks to L'Oreal and Butterly for this product in exchange for my honest review.
