A must have for every medicine cupboard
Fast action in clearing my sinuses and helping me breath much clearer. Defiantly a must have for the medicine cupboard to take at first sign of congestion and stuffiness.

Quick fix
One morning I had a feeling of something coming on, the sniffles and itchy throat so I tried this Vicks First Defence I never heard anything anout nasal spray so I didn't know how to use it and whether it work. I had no expectation. I followed the instruction on the box and the next day I felt fine and my cold symptoms seems to be gone. It felt strange/foreign using it as it goes up to your nose/nasal and down on your throat area. Uncomfortable feeling. But i think this is a matter of getting used to Overall happy with the outcome.

Definitely helped my winter cold
Vicks First Defence definitely improved my cold. It was a welcome addition to my hot epson salts bath, which in combination helped.

Vicks first defence
This product is sound. It works well to assist in removing mucus from your nose (sinus), but doesn’t alleviate a cold like advertised. I was so optimistic that when I felt an impending cold coming that it would be minimised or gone, but that’s not the case with this product- helps get rid of mucus, but not from travelling to your chest or ears etc

Great Product.
I thought this product was very effective, I actually liked that it cleared your nasal packages and your heavy head as well. I am not a great lover of nasal sprays and only use them when I have to, I find them a little uncomfortable however given the great results of this product I would put up with being reluctant to use nasal sprays.

Work fast and effectively
It's really easy to use, not taste bad after you use it because it's minty sensation, I like it, it's different with other brand of nasal spray that I have use before since it gave me a bad aftertaste at the back of my throat but this one doesn't and I believe it work since no more stuffy nose after I use it

Blocked nose?
There are many other products in the Vicks range to assist in stopping a cold. This is not the product to stop colds. I believe it is better used for signs of hayfever.

Doesnt work
Did not work for me at all. I used the product for 3 days but still developed a terrible cough and runny nose.

Helped to clear stuffy head/sinus pain!
I started to have a stuffy nose and my sinuses were beginning to become quite painful. I tried Vicks First Defence, and was amazed how much clearer it made my sinuses almost straight away. I continued to use it about 5-6 times a day over the weekend and it seemed to help as my symptoms subsided. The application was straight forward and easy to use. I was initially expecting a spray and much preferred the fact that it wasn’t.

Does what it claims to do.
This is a product I will definitely keep on hand to use as soon as first symptoms of cold appear. Its easy to use. I found it to be very efficient and does what it says. I cannot take a lot of medications(prescribed or otherwise), as I have reactions but did not experience any to worry about with this spray. I have already recommended to other friends.

Worth a try
Will try anything to stop a cold in its tracks, didn't feel too bad when I tried it so may not have been a bad cold to begin with but will continue using as soon as I feel one coming on over winter
