Stylish and functional
From the moment I removed this product from the box, I was impressed. It’s a beautifully designed toaster, and the quality is obvious. I love the ease of use of the high lift feature, and the seperate cooking levels for each side (this was a major selling point for me, I love my toast extra toasty, my husband is a lightly toasted man). It is the perfect size for our family, yet somehow doesn’t seem to take up much bench space. I have a small kitchen, so this was much appreciated. All in all, it’s a fantastic product, and would suit any kitchen. Stylish and functional, what more could you ask for?

Russell Hobs Brooklyn 4 Slice Toaster
The first thing you notice is its stylish chrome features. The overall look is very attractive and now is easily the nicest looking appliance in my kitchen hands down. The champaign colour is just amazing. It makes me want to match all of my other appliances with style and colour. It's slightly smaller then my old 4 slice Toaster, which I love. I also love how it toasts evenly every time. Our old Toaster required us to pop half way flip the toast and start again. It has easy to access, pop open leavers at the back for easy cleaning. It also has a defrost, reheat and cancel function like most toasters. Over all, I'm actually pretty impressed with this stylish little addition.

I recently tried the Russell Hobbs Brooklyn 4 Slice Toaster in Champagne, and I'm loving it! The elegant design adds a touch of style to my kitchen. It toasts evenly and has adjustable settings, so I can get my bread just the way I like it—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The extra-wide slots are perfect for bagels and thicker slices of bread. Clean-up is a breeze with the removable crumb tray. Overall, it's a stylish and efficient toaster that makes breakfast a delight!

Love it
Currently have this in my home and I love it. Great that I can cook 4 at once and so easy to clean the crumbs out. Only issue is the smell when turned on but I think it may just be a fault in this one product.

The perfect toast every time
The Russell Hobbs Brooklyn Toaster is the best toaster I have ever used. It browns toast consistently on both sides. It essentially operates as 2 separate toasters (x2). Each side has controls for defrost, reheat and to cancel. The defrost function is the best implementation I have seen in a toaster. It removes the need to use a microwave to defrost bread. I own the copper model that looks amazing. 5/5.

Helpful for a GF household
When my son was diagnosed as a coeliac we upgraded our toaster to ensure he was able to have toast safely. We found the Champagne toaster looked aesthetically pleasing and met our needs. The only downside is my son and I like our bread cooked at different rates (and we're both coeliac) so having a function for different family members would be great addition.

Worth it if you have a big family
I really like the color and functions of this toaster, but when I want to eat just 1-2 slices it becomes worthless that all 4 will heat up. I would recommend it to families upto 5 :)

Stylish and practical
I received this toaster as a Christmas gift and I am very pleased with it, although it’s not super compact for a smaller kitchen. The design is very stylish and I love the beautiful colour. It makes toasting very easy and practical as you check your toast to ensure you get the right result each time.

Lever broke after 2 years
This toaster worked flawlessly for 2 years, then one of the levers that lowered the toast broke off when pressed. The toaster was expensive, the expectation was for it to last many more years than 2. The toaster had an attractive design and up until the lever breaking I was very happy with it. I will not buy the same toaster again as I do not think the issue has been addressed.

One fine toaster
Russell Hobbs do some great kitchen appliances and this toaster is definitely one of them. It always toasts my bread perfect everytime, it looks great and I love that I can toast four pieces at once.

Design is outdated, but it works well. Not a fan of it when you only need to toast one piece of bread. Toasts evenly.

Great toaster
Great four piece toaster. You can do two toasts for each control of which there two. So no more fighting over how brown you like it. I set one side to dark toast and my hubby sets the other to med toast. Happy family.

Even easy toasting
I like how evenly this Russel Hobbs toaster toasted and how easy it is to use. Good wide settings to allow for crumpets, muffins etc. My only gripe would be how far the push down mechanism handles stick out for when putting toaster away.

Beautiful toaster
My test toaster has finally arrived for me to trial it, couldn’t wait! Looks wise it’s as beautiful as you would expect and doesn’t look clumpy. Love the Matte finish and the easy removal of the crumb tray. Toasts well, and I love that it’s a 4 slice toaster so with a growing family it gets things moving a bit quicker. Only problem now is that I want the matching kettle hahaha
