Recommended for LBL
After having 2 babies I noticed abit of LBL.. initially I was feeling very down about it until I started to speak to other mums.. those who had the same issue were using these pads, I decided to give it a go and I can’t recommend them enough. I love that they’re so discreet and the sticky backing actually works and doesn’t lift off the underwear and actually stay in place’ great product.

Can be used in period too
I used it when I had my period and I was impressed that it could hold that much fluid. I like that its thin and comfortable feeling when I used it.

One of those things we rather wish was not necessary
Well, eventually we probably all have to give in and get some help. These Poise products are very thin and easier to use than many others. A very handy little liner for light lbl.

Security Pads
These pads give great protection from involuntary urinary leakage. A cough or a sneeze can cause embarrassment if not protected by poise pads. I would definitely recommend this product.
