Environmentally friendly

I love the option of refilling the pod and saving the jar to reduce plastic waste. There is no difference to the final product for usage. Good on Neutrogena for implementing this initiative. Hopefully this will be expanded to more products and other companies should follow suit. (Please see my separate review of the Hydro Boost Gel for gel itself)

Great idea that reduces waste!

I absolutely love that this product has a refill which reduces packaging waste by 89%, I wish more companies were thinking this way! The original container is well built to be used time and time again and swapping the used container for a refill is a breeze!

Great idea

Such a good idea to include refill pods for these creams. Beauty products contribute so much waste to the environment and using the refill pods reduces the product waste significantly! A win for the environment is a win for me.

Great repurchase option

The refill pod is a great idea, super easy to change into the container and saves a little bit of wastage which is also a bonus for me. The water gel inside is a really nice consistency and leaves my skin nice and hydrated

Eco Friendly

I think this is a great idea and very environmentally friendly. So much glass waste comes from disposable products and being able to use a product that can be refilled is better financially and environmentally. The water gel itself is great, so definitely a product you would want to be able to get refills for.

Absolute Gem

I love this gel. I use it everyday in night with other serums, In the morning my skin is so shiny and hydrated. I love the hyaluronic acid in it restores all the moisture in my skin. I buy this little pod to fill up container without having to buy a new one each time.

I recently tried the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hyaluronic Acid Water Gel Refill Pod, and I must say, it's a fantastic addition to the original product. As someone who appreciates eco-friendly options and looks for ways to reduce waste, the refill pod option caught my attention. The refill pod itself is easy to use. It comes in a compact, sealed package that keeps the product fresh until you're ready to refill your jar. To refill, you simply twist off the empty jar's lid, remove the protective seal on the refill pod, and place it inside the jar. The pod fits perfectly and smoothly dispenses the product into the jar.

So great

This is my holt grail moisturiser for all year round, and when they came out with the refill option I was SO excited. It is so great to see a brand be more conscious about consumer recycling.
