Good As Original Bags; Better For Planet
Zip lock bags are a staple in my household, used for school snacks, sandwiches, and also storing food in the pantry, fridge and freezer. We also use them to store small toys and other items such as rubber bands and so on, they really are handy. I was delighted to see these plant based versions become available, along with clingwrap which is another staple. I love buying alternatives to everyday items that are better for our planet, when I can. I would rather pay a little extra to use these products; our environment is more important than some extra money, to me. I bought these late last year and will definitely buy again, I don't really see any different performance wise to the original plastic bags. The same with cling wrap which I've also been buying for a while, whichever brand is available. Very happy that Hercules have these products available. If you can afford the tiny bit extra to buy these and other plant-based plastic products, please do. You will help make a difference.

Good quality
I love that these are a little more environmentally friendly, and the seal on these bags is awesome. No worry about stale snacks in lunchboxes! They’re nice and thick. Very good quality.

Does the job
This is a great option in this range, practical and with the benefits of being better for the environment. I do feel bad using this type of product due to the effects on the environment but they are more practical than plastic storage options which can be bulky both to use and store, require cleaning and often don't seal adequately enough. These seal so well that even if you children leave scraps in there bags for a week they remain sealed.

Plant Based Bags
I have started to use these bags and they perform just as good as the older plastic bags, it is good to know they are more environmentally safe, I do however wonder why Hemp bags are not made and offered as hemp is even more environmentally safe and friendly, cheaper to make and would be 100% plant based

Fantastic
Great product, can’t recommend higher. Great strength and the seal is amazing, can feel that they are much better quality seals than other brands. Great for freezing vegetables and meats.

Good size and strong zip
I avoid plastic and was pleased to see some plant based bags. I used them in the freezer and the have a strong zip which is great.
