Just Like Normal underwear.
I found Always Discreet Super plus underwear were nice and soft against my skin no irritation at all, they felt like I was just wearing normal underwear. They are actually like wearing boy leg underwear so you can wear the super plus pants with anything and still feel comfortable. They are super absorbent, I suffer bladder leakage and they kept me dry the elastic helped it from leaking. I found wearing them at night if I had an accident I knew I had the right underwear on. There was only 1 issue I had and that was the pad at the crotch area bunched up a little which made the back end of pad to sag. Overall I give them an 8 out of 10.

Always discreet
They fit perfectly and the absorbency is good too. Really liked that there were no urine smell. The only con for me is that I felt a bit warm when wearing them

Comfortable and discreet
The pants were comfortable to wear and I liked how they fit well and were totally discreet, even when worn under slim-fitting trousers or jeans. I did not experience very much bladder leakage, but all the moisture was absorbed effectively and there was absolutely no odour. Great product that gives you security and peace of mind!

Absorbent and comfortable
My mother tried the Always Discreet Super Plus pants. She thought the sizing (medium) was a very comfortable fit for her being a usual size 14. Comfortable to wear with no areas digging in. The fabric was smooth and wonderful having 0% dyes and fragrances. I liked that it wasn’t produced with harsh chemicals for her skin. The absorbency was also great, contained everything with no leaks.

Discreet Underwear
The pants do the job in keeping you dry from bladder leakage, however they weren’t what I hoped for. Despite looking discreet under my clothing, they didn’t feel discreet. I felt like O was wearing a nappy and I could hardly tell the front from the back. I was hoping for something that felt like underwear and was more comfortable.
