Bland but the dog ate it.
While my dog enjoyed this wet dog food, I don't think I'd buy it again as it looked quite bland. My dog doesn't get tinned food very often but I'm used to seeing some bits of meat and veg that I can identify. I couldn't really tell what anything was in the Advance wet food.

BOTH OUR DOGS DIDN'T LIKE THIS
On opening can, expected to see chunks of chicken, sadly, NO SIGN OF CHICKEN. The rice grains appeared to be barely cooked, the centres were transparent not white. Our 18 month old Bull Terrier bitch took one bite, spat it out and refused to eat it. Our 13 year old Husky (who is missing some teeth) was a little more favourable of this product, but was still reluctant to finish his meal. We make our own rice mix, so they are familiar with this texture, so we don't consider that an issue. Like the dry food, no salt content was listed, which is something those of us in the northern, hotter areas try to keep an eye on with our dogs' diets. The odour of this product was not very pleasant and it's texture reminded us of a sloppy version of the fish paste spreads you put on sandwiches, the ones they used to serve on the airplanes that nobody wanted to eat. Our dogs get quite a varied diet, so are used to a variety of flavours, but this product was a SOLID REJECTION from both of them.

Happy dog
My dog loved this food! I introduced it to him slowly and was very happy that it didn't upset his sensitive tummy. He loved the taste. 1 can wasn't enough to determine any huge weight loss but he did lose a few grams. (He's a smallish dog.) He very happily ate it.

A yes from a fussy Husky!
My Husky is very picky with canned dog food, so when i say he enjoyed this, he really enjoyed it! I wish i had more cans. He kept coming to the kitchen and even sniffed out the can in the bin haha! Most times with canned food it gives him an upset tummy and he does have some loose bowel movements, this didn't have with the advance food. Very pleased with it and i have it on my next shopping list!

ADVANCE Weight Control Wet Dog Food
My Border Collie x Kelpie and Shih Tzu both gobbeled the ADVANCE Adult Weight Control Chicken & Rice Wet Dog Food down really fast. One can was not enough to find out if it really helps with weight management. But they both loved the taste.
