Vibrant Life Ridged Litter Trapper Mat Dark Blue

We just recently switched from a hooded rolling litter box to a more traditional litter box so this came in handy. The mat is made of rubber and is ribbed so that the litter pellets when kitty kicks them out of the box goes into the mat and it traps it nicely on the mat. This allows you to pick it up and dispose of the errant litter and use soapy water to clean the mat once it gets really icky. On day one out little princess decided to kick up a storm and it did it's job nicely. We were able to pick it up and shake it off into the trash and clean it off quickly. The only real reason I'm not giving it five stars is it took 24 hours to flatten before use as it comes rolled up in a box. And two, it really could be a bit bigger. My cat is kicking it around a lot and a bigger mat would be amazing. But this is a nice product and if a much larger one was available I would buy it!

So far seems to be a good quality product. The material feels pretty sturdy and traps the sand. To clean I just take it to the garden and shake off the sand. It doesn't retain odor. I like it so far.

Keeps litter In and easy clean up and the cat enjoys it as well.

I recently received a Vibrant Life Ridged Litter Trapper Mat Dark Blue and it is a game changer! I have placed the mat right outside of the litter box that my two cats will sometime use if they are in the house and usually after they go to the litter box, I can see litter from their feet trail from where the litter box is located. With the use of the Vibrant Life Ridged Litter Trapper Mat Dark Blue, I no longer see a trail of litter coming from the litter box. Now, whenever the cats step out of the litter box on to the mat, the ridges of the rubber mat help the litter to fall in between the ridges and off of their feet. This leaves the ground that they walk on leaving the litter box to be much more cleaner and it is such an easy clean for the mat to just knock it off outside into the trash can. I highly recommend this mat in order to keep the amount of litter that gets tracked through the house from the litter box to a minimum. What an outstanding product!!

When it comes to litter mats I look for ability to trap litter. Although this mat does pick up a bit of litter I feel as though others on the market do a better job. When cleaning the mat I notice lots of litter in the vicinity that I wish would’ve been trapped in the mat.

So, the first day I tried the mat out both of my cats were being ridiculous and jumping over the mat when the got out of the litter box, thus making mess. But now that I've had it a couple of days one of my cats uses the mat when he goes in the box, and my other cat thinks he's a rabbit. The one who jumps over it comes and scratches the mat when he's not using the litter box. My opinion is, I think it's great and I like how heavy it is, both of my cats like the mat, just one doesn't have the right idea about it. There is significantly a lot less mess in the room now since I put the mat out. Compared to the large tray I have under a second litter box, the mat makes for a lot less mess.

I love this product. It makes it so much easier to clean up messes from when my kitten is done using the litter box. Super easy to clean.The perfect product. I would definitely recommend.

I am very satisfied with this mat. It catches all the liter off my cat Gracie’s paws when exciting her liter box. I think it would be nice to have different color options in the future. Simply shaking the liter off outside is so convenient.

The cat litter mat keeps the cat litter off my floor and futon. Before using this product, I would have to clean vacuum frequently because my cat would track the cat litter all over the house sometimes. I recommend this product to all the cat parents.

This litter box mat is the perfect size to lay in front of our 2 large boxes! The design and material is absolutely perfect for catching the litter of our kitty's paws!

This litter mat has made such a difference in the mess I have to clean up. You can clean it with ease and it catches all the litter little bits. I’ve had no messes since using this cat littler mat. I was also surprised at how big it was . It’s plenty big enough for our needs.

This is a sturdy mat that really helps keep the litter off the carpet or floor that is near the litter pan. I highly recommend since it is also easy to clean.

There is a notable difference in the amount of litter scatter I usually get around the litter box. However, there is still some litter scatter that the mat fails to catch. So it helps, but doesn't get rid completely of the problem. I do like the color and that it does not move around at all. It stays firmly in it place. The ridged pattern does capture the litter it catches stubbornly, which I like quite a lot. Its a good size mat.

I love the color and texture of the mat. Since it comes curled and the product is a think rubber-like mat, it will take a bit to get the item to lay down flat but that is not a big deal for me. The ridges and tackiness of the product are ideal for catching the litter as the cat comes out of the box. My only wish is that the mat would be bigger. We do have a bigger litter box, but I feel that even with a "normal" sized box the mat would be more effective if it could cover area a few inches fully around the box. All that being said, I like it and, if it isn't too expensive, would definitely have considered buying one...there is litter everywhere! :)

The look and feel are very nice. It was very simple to clean off when my cats dumped water on it as well. The main issue I am having is the ridges are too far apart to actually hold the litter in. I still have litter all over my floor.
