Remington HYDRAluxe™ Pro Straightener

Love it! Compared to my old Remington Straightener this is amazing! I don’t have to worry about heat damage & I love the safety features for piece of mind. I’m excited to try lots of different looks with the straightener!

It was easy to use and and my hair stay where I wanted it to be. My hair looked really good after i used the Remington HYDRAluxe, better than it has looked in a long time. I really recommend it as a great hair tool!

The Hydraluxe pro hair straightener is definitely a sleek and lightweight product which is also very comfortable to hold. I love how quickly it heats up, it's easy to use and there is also a safety shut off after 60 minutes of inactivity for that peace of mind. This straightener is unique to the all the other straighteners I have used before with the integrated water tank that is super easy to fill with the pipette included. The only negative I have is when I'm using the straightener, a strand of hair tends to get caught in the side of the outer plate that breaks off which I have to pull out, this makes the straightening process not entirely smooth. However the end results are good and it doesn't dry out my hair. Worth a try!

I was really impressed by how soft, smooth and hydrated the Remington Hydraluxe Pro Straightener left my hair. I have coloured hair that is quite dry and have not found a straightener until now that helps to effectively reduce frizz. This was so impressive that it left my hair in better condition than what it was before. The design of the straightener also makes is a pleasure to use. It is lightweight, sleek and has a good swivel cord that doesn't get tangled as you move around to do the whole head. What makes it really innovative and hydrates the hair, is the mist function. It comes with a dropper to insert water into a chamber that creates mist when heated up - a lot like a steam iron. I found this function really effective. The ceramic plates glide really well, it's really smooth and doesn't catch onto the hair or pull at all. I also like that it comes with a silicon cover you use to store the top part and protect surfaces from the hot straightener while it cools.

I am really impressed with this Remington HYDRAluxe pro Straightener as it is high quality product and has great innovative technology.No heat damage at all. The advanced Moisture Mist Hydracare Technology Cool Mist works great. It relaxing my hair before straightening for a smooth finish and protection against heat damage.This straightener is really convenient not heavy to use.It heats up really fast.The integrated water tank easy to fill filtered water using the provided pipette.No mess at all.I really like the feature of digital temperature settings.It is easy to adjust temperature according to hair type. I always use the low temperature settings when styling.This straightener glide smoothly and makes my hair so smooth,sleek and shiny.I would highly recommend this anyone who wants to style your hair without damaging.

The Remington HYDRAluxe™ Pro Straightener was beautifully packaged and I love the glossy white styling. This straightener is the only one I have found to use a mist technology built in to be able to straighten hair at a lower temperature. It took a little bit of skill to make sure I held it in the correct direction but it was interesting as I feel like using the mist made my hair feel softer. I also like that you can use it as a standard straightener with accurate temperature control. Pros: nice large heat plates, middle range price point, easy to use, auto shut off Cons: fairly heavy compared to some other more expensive options, tricky to make sure you use it in the right direction, the plates don’t close together evenly unless you squeeze quite hard

I was a little skepitcal at first as I have thick hair that is not easily managed and gets quite frizzy. Was unsure abour the moisture lock function but quite impressed with the end result. My hair felt and looked great after use and the straightener was very easy to use. My hair was straight and smooth and I used in combination with a heat protector spray. The water reservoir did not last the distance and required refilling during the straightening process. Loved the adjustable heat setting , truly made a difference.

The Remington HYDRAluxe Pro Straightener was great. So easy to use and lightweight. I straighten my hair a lot and I feel that the Remington didn’t burn my hair it felt healthier due to the water moisture being used when straightening. The on/off button was a little odd to me you couldn’t really tell if it was on unless you looked at the temperature but other than that I loved the product. I would definitely use this again

I was skeptical at first as I didn't know how the hydro mist would work. It was a little difficult at first to work out how to remove and fill the part where the water goes. I am also concerned that I will lose the plastic dropper to fill the water section in the future. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how the hydro mist worked. It kept my hair cool and definitely felt hydrated while I was straightening it. I am interested in seeing how long my hair stays straight to see if it lasts a long time. It also took me 20 minutes to straighten my hair which is about how long it takes with other straighteners but my hair did feel soft and cool at the end instead of hot and toasted.

Used this the first time and had loved the result!! Especially for the type of hair straightener it is, leaves the hair looking and feeling smooth!! Traps in that moisture no problem!

This is the second Remington Straightener I've owned. This one does a better job of keeping my hair looking smoothy, not so frizzy and is easy to use, it feels nice in my hand and works quickly to straighten my hair.

This is a good quality straightener from Remington that has different temperature settings and an optional cooling mist function to relax hair just before passing the plates over. It does a really good job and leaves hair straight and smooth. You will need to fill the small water reservoir with distilled water to use the cool mist function, and it needs to be emptied out after each use. I find it to be very effective except to do very small sections of hair, as it doesn't seem to shut tight towards tip of the straightener.

Not that good. Works fine on thin hair. Not my hair type
